Ender 3 rocker switch mount

Thanks to Schtimpy for the original. I really liked this design but I wanted to use it with a 20mm by 12mm standard size rocker switch (that's the sizes of the main body of the switch, not the size of the top of the switch which overhangs the body).

I reduced the length by 1mm as the switch was sitting slightly too far out to the side on my printer.
