Standing Filament spool holder - 608 bearings

A remix of a spool holder I have been using on my CR-10 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3501474. Originally I wanted a spool holder that was much more stable and prevents the filament spool from falling off(so far I have had no issues).

A friend asked if I could make a version that would stand on a surface as he doesn't have a CR-10 but liked the spool holder with bearings better than his A frame.
