3KU Printer Blower / Fan diffuser - UPDATED

This is an enhancement to my previous design ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1969903 ) and enables a large airflow to be directed around 360 degrees of the hot-end and enables good bridging and fast printing.

This mounts on one of the carriages with the fan on the OUTSIDE of the build area, noting that the flexible pipe passes between the "fixed" GT2 belt that moves with the carriage and the 8mm rod closest to that belt so that the pipe and the GT2 belt do not move relative to each other.
