This is a 3d Printable lanyard chain and badge holder.
You'll need a really well calibrated print bed for this print - but don't fear, it is easier than you think.
A PLA make should break if snagged on something (for your protection) at around 10 pounds of force - and that will vary based on your printer, your settings, material, humidity, and alignment of Jupiter.
It looks great with "Silky" style filaments.
Print at 0.1 to 0.2 layer thickness with 3 to 4 shells and 20% infill.
