M3 Bolts/Nuts Tolerance Multipurpose Tester

N.B: this is WIP / need comments.

I had this need because i was hired for a design job and another company was doing the prints.It was a pain to get a sense of their printer's printing offsets/bias regarding screw holes (bolts / nuts)
=> For the future each time i start a project i want to first send this element to print before i design anything.

NOW THE DETAILS :
On the left, next to M3 and in the middle we have:
