Adjustable BL-Touch sensor mount for Ender 3 and CR10 REMIX to use a 4-40 screw and nut (with STEP file)

I recommend using the following remix for the base by eric_csuf, which adds some pockets help the base of the mount sit flush to the hot end carriage that it mounts to. It will require supports to print his version, but they should be minimal, just FYI. It looks like a good improvement, and you can find it at the link below (4-40 nut version):

You will still need to "wing" here, but please use the remix'ed base.
