A bookmark/hook designed to fit over a DM Screen and assist in tracking initiative and status effects.
The face of the tracker has an open spot to place nametags/labels for players and enemies as well as a blank space underneath for minor customization.
The sides of the tracker have rails for sliders to slot into. Printing or painting these sliders in different colors can indicate different status effects like poison, paralyzed, prone, etc..
