CR-10S filament sensor housing

-Housing (support needed in one area) - Print standing up with the face with the filament entry hole against the build plate and the flange mount up.

I was a little disappointed with the original Creality filament sensor that comes with the CR-10S, so I designed my own with a snap on lid. No more screw on lid, so it's easy to pop it open without tools to see if something is wrong inside like a small piece of filament is jammed. This one also shouldn't break, we broke about 5 of the original C
