I tried to make a very lightweight quadcopter to enlarge the flight time with this size of frame and came out with a balsawood-supported design, which comes below 30 grams weight. A former version without many printed parts was my proof of concept (last picture)

A bonus of the design is the size of the Quad, by just enlarging the wooden poles; you can build any size you want.
