Filament sensor microswitch housing

This simple housing holds a mini microswitch so that it can detect the presence of 1.75mm diameter filament passing through. When the filament is removed or runs out the switch returns to its normal position.

The switch used is a mini micro switch model CYT1073. I got mine from amazon. A #2 screw is used to mount the switch to the housing base. #4 screws attach the top cover to the base.
