Pi Case with Camera and Heat sink Openings

Here we have a superior remix of a Raspberry Pi case.The original design was quite good so there were no issues with the pi itself fitting.- this was about two add on items - a camera and a heat sink :
1) An opening was added for the camera cable. This necessitated raising the roof In order to actually fit the cable and connector into the case. There was also some 'fabrication issues' wherein I needed to ensure built in support for various parts as they were being printed.
