BLV mgn Cube front panel for 2004 lcd

#Update 30/05/2019 :

V3 is probably the final iteration :D sorry for taking so long.

The LCD is now put in-front of the surface with a 35 degree angle (Should be comfortable to view from almost everywhere)

With this new design the sd card is no longer blocked.

Once again, I haven't printed these yet, but I will soon.
