Duet Wifi 3030 case with USB/SD/Reset Access

I love the original design but thought access to the MicroUSB port, SD card, and reset button would come in handy. Moederbeer says that the case is designed to be mounted vertically, so a hole lets debris in, which makes sense but sometimes this is still needed. So I made a hole and a cover for it, and also covers for the wire inlets, because you may not use all of them and then it's useful to be able to cover them as well.
