Anet E10 "passe fil" improvement

This piece allows to set the 3D filament coil, on top of the 3D printer instead of the basic configuration which is on top of the control module.
This make the printer easily movable. there is enough spared part provide with the printer to do this easy and safe modification.
I strongly recommend this improvement, which should be the default configuration.
