CR-10 / Ender 3 Extruder Motor Frame with Rubber Grommet Holes

I modified ZestyTech's extruder frame so that I so that I could enlarge the holes to fit rubber grommets that I got from Lowes. I added rubber washers between the frame and the gantry and under the gantry for extra insulation. This helped reduce the noise from the extruder motor especially when using linear advance. I did notice that along with making sure my belts are tight, this also helped get rid of the weird wave pattern I was seeing in some prints.
