Outdoor Products insulated hose clip

I was impressed by WykaTech's "Military Camelbak Hose Clip https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3466846", but found that even using their recommended scaling, it didn't fit the insulated hose from my Outdoor Products hose and the strapping on my bag carrier at the same time. This inspired me to remix their creation to fit both my hose and bag carrier. The inner diameter of the hose clip allows for a 15mm insulated or 15mm non-insulated hose to be held to the bag carrier so it doesn't flop around. T
