Hyundai IONIQ (electric) - OBD-friendly fuse box cover

Problem: The original fusebox-cover of the Hyundai IONIQ can not be closed when using a OBDII-Dongle in the car.

Solution: Scanned the cover and removed the handle.

Edit: Strengthened the lower two locks.
