Corrected "head" for Bohrdasaplanck's Star Trek TOS Hypospray.

Bohrdasaplanck created a truly GREAT model of Dr. McCoy's Star Trek TOS Hypospray with one picky little detail off: The finger-hold tabs were placed backwards, angling back away from the business end of the hypo, rather than forward. I simple sliced that part out of the original model, flipped it, and put it back in place. Simply print this part out and use it in place of TOS_Hypospray_Part_4.stl, and I believe your model will work to make an accurate version.
