A costume piece for Venice is Sinking 2019 - may it never again snow thusly!
Aside from the 3D work, this is just dead-bug construction (I didn't think I had time for a PCB, which I regretted later). The printed plates for LEDs and transistors worked out really well, though.

* White LEDs for the icicles (which are christmas ornaments from Amazon, ground flat and drilled for 5
