Prusa I3 2004 LCD top mount

Long LCD cable are not easy to find and personally I never liked the original position of the LCD on the I3 so I make this. The box is loosely based on a [Smart LCD case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:493932) that I used previously but to be honest not much remain from the original design.

It's Not perfect, still WIP and might require some minor tweak in scale when printing to fit nicely. Also 2004 LCD are so widely different that most have the mounting hole and rotary encoder at the sam
