Modular Mars Base

Each unit is self sustaining with buried storage tanks for water, oxygen and radioisotope generator. The canopy portion of the bridge units can be retracted into the main module during harsh dust storms to limit damage and prevent any damage from compromising the other modules. The center module is 2 stories for living and working. The modules are designed using 7 sides to deflect wind. The 7 sided design also maximizes volume to surface area ratio while minimizing construction complexity vs cyl
