Prusa MK2S LCD brackets Add 20mm MatterHackers Pulse

These are the LCD brackets from a Prusa MK2S that I stretched out 20mm to fit the Matterhackers Pulse. The Pulse has a Y endstop catch in the front that interfered with it.
