Prusa MK3 Full Bear Z-cap with reverse bowden

This is a combined remix of the 2020 V-slot reverse Bowden top mount bracket by willywidget and the Z axis end caps by pekcitron. It combines the Z axis end cap for a 2020 V-slot end with the reverse Bowden bracket and uses a PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting. It is designed for those who have their filament mounted on a spool holder beside the printer.

I added a version with a 60-degree reverse Bowden and a 70-degree reverse Bowden, along with the original 45-degree version.
