BL Touch Side Mount

I designed this from scratch using Fusion 360 but wanted to credit [dot_bob](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2483813) for the design idea and similar style as I used his mount before needing to design this one.

I believe this should work with the Micro Swiss cooling block as well but I didn't have the dimensions. Also you will notice a wire guide which you can fit the wires into to prevent them from rubbing on the rails.
