PRUSA improved ir-sensor-cover-mmu2s

This variant is an update and complete redesign (I redrew it myself from scratch :-) ) has a better grip on the IR sensor plug and a hole for a LED indicator.
The IR sensor may fail detecting filament under certain circumstances so it is convenient to have an immediate indication of the filament load detected status.
The LED is a Kingbright 3mm 5V LED soldered to the IR detector as shown on one of the pictures.
