BMG Tusk Mount for Precision Piezo Orion and E3D Volcano

I wanted to switch from the Berd-Air part cooling to the Tusk part cooling setup to have a little more quiet when printing. I needed a mount for the tusk that put it at the right location when using a Bondtech BMG Extruder, a Precision Piezo Orion Module, and an E3D V6 Volcano hotend.

The mount uses the two existing side screws locations from the BMG however you will need
to replace the current 35mm with 45mm screws.

I also use a heated nut insert to mount the Tusk to the BMG Mount.
