The source part didn't fit my configuration; not really sure why. Thanks to baccula for the mash-up of the filament guide & the mount for the endstop switch. My STL editing skills in Fusion 360 are lacking.
The OEM file was modeled on the Ender 3 f3d file from Creality's github. It may or may not fit a stock machine. Mine has the aftermarket aluminum extruder and I tweaked the OEM file to line up w/ a slight offset to help keep the filament off the Z screw.
