Mobile Mars Base

This is a mobile Mars base design. The living and working space is three stories tall, or about 33 feet. The whole base would be brought to Mars in small parts and constructed on site. The design is built to fight the elements and terrain. The wheels are individually operated on jointed hydraulic axles. The wheels to the rover are as tall as the body. In case of a dust storm, the base will turn into the wind. The body is then lowered between the wheels on the hydraulic axles. The front would be
