Ender 3 BL Touch mount for MicroSwiss hot end

I love the original mount as it's really sturdy, and it has a version that uses hex nuts in order to mount BL Touch but it was too low for the MicroSwiss all metal hotend so I made this remix approximately 3.5mm "higher" than the original mount, and now it works great!
