For Self defense, this is first round for testing. Pretty simple design
Print a palm and finger side, 3 claws using 1 x 1 open cell foam insulation (available at most hardware stores) - 1/8" x 3" spring / Roll pin to hold it together again most hardware stores will have it.
squeeze to compress foam and claws extend.
