GearRev Delta Z Probe Arm

I really liked the functionality of the original design, but when I went to install onto my GearRev delta, the brass shim spacers on mounting the arms pushed the arms into the mounting real estate of the original.

I modified the pivot area of the arm to fit on the GearRev, added an area for switch cable to come out, and slightly enlarged the switch cutout for easier installation.

I'm using a height offset of 19.4 - there's still some trial and error playing to get things perfect, but I'm get
