Arduino MEGA 2560 Case

Semborski's Arduino MEGA 1280 Case was the only case I could find that would fit my Arduino MEGA 2560 clone; however, it is far from perfect. For example, the MEGA 1280 has fewer pins than the MEGA 2560, so, with Semborski's case, you can't access the I2C ports or secondary ICSP header. Also, the original lacked an access hole for the the main ICSP header and reset button, and a few other problems. So the only solution was import it into OpenSCAD and throw random boxes at it.
