Duet 2 Base with Fan and Cable Tie

This is a simple Duet 2 controller base plate.

Features
* 40mm Cooling Fan (blows underneath board to cool drivers and mosfets).
* Fan angled to maintiain access to reset switch and USB
* Cable tie points for strain relief.
* Relatively quick print compared to more complex bases.

I have tested this with my Duet2 WiFi. Appologies for the crude cable management in the photo. I ran out of time to tidy it up better.
