Spool Roller 608ZZ Bearing

Found this Spool Roller for smaller bearings, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:952323 was going to edit the original but it was easier to completely redraw from the ground up,

I also added cutouts to include spacer from here, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2362374 redrawn for both cardboard and plastic spools.
