AMD wraith spire 120mm adapter

Simple adapter to allow you to hook up a 120mm fan to your amd wraith spire heatsink, should work on stealth too but don't have one for testing.

actual hight from the top of the heat sink to the top of the adapter is about 6mm so you could put a slim 120 or even 140mm fans on it (that have 120mm hole patterns)

Haven't tested the cooling performance but should be similar.

Also make sure to have your heatsink installed prior to installing the adapter otherwise will not be able to access
