Extruder Knob

I wanted a knob to add to the extruder for ease of use.
Inspired by JulienR59's extruder knob(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1999275), i wanted one that was bigger.


I made this extruder knob for the Micro Delta rework printer from e-motiontech. This knob might not be compatible on your machine.
