Joystick Enclosure, Happ Competition

Remix of maciek717's joystick shell for a Happ Competition joystick mechanism and two Happ arcade buttons. Remove all parts from the Happ joystick body and transfer them to the top shell.

I have not tested this model. The cone-shaped portion inside the top shell that holds the joystick handle might not be strong enough, and may require use of higher-strength materials.
