PS4 Slim Wall Mount

This was done to make a clean install for the PS4 Slim, hiding the console on the wall behind the TV.

Update 13-oct-2019, to prevent breakage, print upright, they should be orientated correctly when imported in your slicer. In have included a two part version that you glue together with superglue.
