The enclosure is for a generic Arduino programmer USBtinyISP clone board. Mine was marked Deek-Robot. It snaps together and prints easily without support. I used ABS, but PLA should work just as well.
If you are really keen you can always add light guides for the LEDs, which I assume should be printed laying down, so that the fibers runs axially. I did not try it.
Note that this design omits access to the 10 pin connector (which is probably not used much) and also the power jumper.
