WPL B1 B16 B36 JJRC Q60 Q61 or similar ESC upgraded switch nub extension

After upgrading the ESC in my WPL and JJRC trucks I found that I could no longer easily reach the switch to turn them on or off. The ESC is a fairly common inexpensive brushed with or without brake model. The switch drops right in place of the original electronics I pulled out, but the nub is too short and needed an extension.
