Small working rocket motor, Pack them with crushed match heads or use sugar rocket fuel, they are short burst high velocity motors, nozzle 0.1mm and 0.3mm for maximum power, have tested and work great, small motor short burst of around 3 seconds, large burst of around 7 seconds, make sure to flip the plugs upside down when you insert them into the hole.
