Component tester case remix

Made some adjustments to this design. Raised up the ribs on the bottom, added a tab to hold the battery charger when plugging in the usb. Added posts to the bolt holes to be able to use 2.5 screws. Also made some adjustments to the top for a better fit. Adjusted the smd opening to better line up with the pcb.
