Micro Alien - Arm Bumpers (Protectors)

Here I've designed some arm protectors for the ImpulseRC Micro Alien.

These arm bumpers have been rigorously tested and have proven very useful in saving the carbon in the event of a crash.

I have taken the (unusual) design choice of designing them with PETG in mind, instead of the usual TPU. Primarily because of the size but to make them a sacrificial part. Also mainly because they double up as skids. These are a tight fit so be sure that your tolerances are correct, it is designed to fi
