Holder for 12.5x12.5mm (10mm path lenght) Cuvette for my OceanOptics Spectrometer
4-Ports, 90deg offset for Transmission / Flourecence measurments

(You use two oposit ports for transmission and two 90deg offset ports for flourecence...)

I used standard SMA panel connectors for the SMA-905 cables. You can buy them here:
