Great White 9500 Pool Cleaner Main Gear

This gear is for a Great White model 9500 pool cleaner. It is the first gear in the assembly and takes a lot of abuse. When my cleaner stopped turning, I opened it up to find almost every single gear was worn out on the shaft, causing a lot of play in the gears. I ended up replacing the 7mm shaft with an 8mm stainless rod which took out almost all of the slack in the gears but failed to address the worn out gear that is driven off of the ratchet mechanism.

This gear, lovingly created by hand
