3018 Laser mount and fume removal hood

This is a remix of brandon75t's 3018 spindle carrier upgrade that has been modified to hold a 40mm laser on the outside of the bracket and use the spindle holder to hold a tube which is connected to a 3in. flexible hose for removal of smoke and fumes to the outside.

I used M2x20 screws with heat set inserts to hold the top cover on the extractor body. I designed holes on the tubes and body and hose coupler to allow for fastening them t
