40mm fan intake horn

This is a simple fan intake horn that optimises air flow and prevents harmful vortex to be formed.

Don't print this jet. I was take some measurements and found out it actually degrades the fan performance. (But at least it stil looks cool, isn't)

The problem is the air guides are too close to the fan. They needs a little more gap to let space for pressure dispersion.

I might design a better working model soon.
