44 black powder paper cartridge loading tool

This is my version on a mandrel type paper cartridge loading tool for 44 caliber cap & ball revolvers. I got the basic idea from Manly's design he makes from wood & the measurements from a paper cartridge loading book. There is a hole for you to put in Elmers stick glue as well as a slot that will fit the zig zg rolling papers you will need for this.
