Strider / Hinderer, PSD wrench, handle

Add-on for a PSD wrench. This is used for Strider Knives, to remove/adjust the pivot. Without the knob, the wrench digs into your hand.

v1-0-3, changed it from a tear drop shape to basically a sphere so that I could add another hole which can be used for the opposite end (larger diameter).

v1-0-4, increased the hole diameter by 1/32" (0.8mm) so that you should not need to run a drill through it after printing.
