Pipe Collar Trim for 4.5 OD PVC

I was using a 4" PVC pipe connected to a toilet flange for a project. I needed to make a trim piece for it that covered the flange. The OpenSCAD file is included if you needed to adjust the diameter. I made my version with a lot of slop and it isn't tight at all but could be with some adjustments.
